| Diane has been with us for over 30 years and has been a cornerstone here at the bank. She is an Assistant Vice President,
as well as secretary to the Board and compliance officer.
She helps make sure everything we do here is within the FDIC's
and OCC's guidelines, as well as the guidelines set forth by our
by our Board of Directors. On top of all those duties, Diane is a backup on answering many of the incoming phone calls. There is a good chance
