| Diane has been with the bank for over 25 years, and is in charge of keeping the miles of loan paperwork in order. She is the one who types all of the loan documents and makes sure the loan officers have everything they need to help you as the customer through the process quicker. On top of all those duties, Diane also is the backup in answering many of the incoming phone calls. There is a good chance you may already have spoken with Diane.
